If you just forget all the time, then leave it to Premiere to do it for you, set the auto save time to be more frequent. You can also increase the maximum project versions if you are someone that likes to make quite dramatic changes in short spaces of time. Auto-saves don’t take up a lot of space and when working with video they are sometimes invaluable.
Save cache files to a separate drive from your operating drive and, preferably, your project drive. Premiere Pro is constantly referencing media files and cache files. Users can set the location of the media cache under the Media Cache preferences.

Adobe Premiere Pro is far more intuitive than Final Cut Pro will ever be and its integration with the creative suite makes it a far more affordable option for any video editor.
The term bins comes from the days of editing film when the developed film clips were stored in bins for easy organization. In the Premiere Pro project adobe project management software panel, bins serve as file folders to hold and organize your media assets. Bins can hold any combination of media: video, audio, still images, and even other bins.
Sometimes it requires different people working on the same job. Other times it means several editors may access a common pool of media, but working in their own discrete projects.
Project layout templates.Like folder layouts, I’m fond of using a template for my Premiere Pro projects, too. This way all projects have a consistent starting point, which is good when working with several editors collaboratively. A lot of my work is interview-driven with supportive B-roll footage. Premiere Pro has several basic file types that it generates with each project.
Premiere Pro CC (12.0) added support for opening multiple projects simultaneously. If you have opened multiple projects and want to switch between them, choose Window > Projects. This would list all the open projects and you can select the project that you want to switch to.
